Remote control technology is changing the way folks do business with each other. As a computer networking consultant, I use remote access technology daily to manage my clients' networks and quickly resolve network issues. Depending on your needs, you may or may not need to spend a lot of money on a remote control solution. Here are two suggestions to try before opting for a paid solution.

1. Mikogo - Mikogo is a complety free remote control solution allowing you to either remote control another computer screen or share your screen with another user. Great for providing remote support and conducting online meetings. http://www.mikogo.com/

2. LogMeIn Free - LogMeIn Free is an excellent tool for remote controlling your  home computer. You will want to set it up at home before you try connecting to your computer. https://secure.logmein.com/products/free/

Do you have a favorite remote control tool? Please feel free to comment and let us know what you think.
