Hailey Schramm, 31, told 27th Judicial District Judge Donald Hebert at her bond application hearing that she is taking medication regularly and feeling much better than when arrested on Jan. 20. She has been in jail since.
He set her bail at $150,000 on each of three counts of attempted second degree murder.
Sunset police alleged she attempted to drown her children the night before she told a Sunset Library employee that she was having suicidal thoughts.
Hebert asked if Schramm had had any contact with the children since her arrest. Her attorney said no, but arrangements were being worked out with OCS.
The judge interrupted, saying he could in effect save both parties some time.
“Absolutely no unsupervised visitation and at the OCS site only,” he dictated as a term of bond.
