The Patterson Lumberjacks still are receiving votes in the Louisiana Sportswriters Association’s Class 3A prep football poll.

The ‘Jacks are receiving 13 votes, one behind East Feliciana, which earned 14 votes, and six behind No. 10 Rayne, which was given 19 votes.

Patterson (6-3) will close its regular season with a trip to Erath Friday.

With a win, Patterson head coach Tommy Minton said he feels his squad will reach the playoffs.
