St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past 24-hour reporting period:

Cathy Johnson, 59, of 370 Hunting Road, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 6:52 p.m. on charges of DWI, careless operation with an accident and driving under suspension. No bond was set.

Tammy Duffy, 42, of 117 Brownell St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 11:52 on charges of DWI, careless operation with an accident and possession of Schedule I and IV narcotics. No bond was set.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Margaret Johnson, 27, of New Orleans, Wednesday at 4:22 p.m. on charges of possession of a legend drug and a defective tail light. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Minerva Latrice Wiley, 35, of Carl C. Foulcard Drive, Franklin, Wednesday at 10:04 a.m. on a warrant charging her with cyberstalking. She was released on a $500 bond.
