THE PENNIES FOR GRADUATES Project partners Patterson State Bank with Cinderella Head Start. It is designed to teach preschoolers how and why banks operate. The children opened savings accounts with the bank matching their initial deposit, then went on a tour through all of the departments, including the main vault and processing center.
