Correction

A headline in Thursday’s edition should have reported a juvenile was arrested at Patterson High School. The information in the story was correct.

The reason why those five inmates were arrested because the victim had to appear before a judge. The warden and the jailers knew the judge was going to ask about the injuries the inmate suffered because he has been incarcerated seven months. The system is corrupt especially the jailers.I believe the jailers set the victim up because the victim always speak about his rights (yes inmates have some rights).the female jailers fall in love with some of the inmates and let them get away with certain privileges that is against the rules. All corrupt people working there need to be fired from the top to the bottom. Many things happened in the st. Mary Parish Jail. One inmate jaw was broken, another inmate arm was broken. If the jailers don't like you they get other inmates to beat you up and they turn their backs and look the other way.
