Andre Michael “Spike” Beverly, 51, a resident and a native of Franklin, died Sunday, January 13, 2013, at 3:45 p.m., in Baldwin.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 23 at Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin, from 9 a.m. until funeral service at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in the St. Jules Cemetery.

Andre is survived by parents, Stanley and Isabella Beverly of Franklin; sister, Monique (Danny) Francis of Franklin; two daughters, Amber Short of Lafayette and Taylor Beverly of Baldwin; son, Andre George (Jasmine) Beverly of Lafayette; stepdaughter, Meagan (David) Mitchell of Franklin; three grandchildren; three nieces; two nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.

Andre was preceded in death by his brother; his grandparents; and aunts and uncles.
