According to Sheriff Mark Hebert, the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests recently:

—Phil K. Lodrigue Jr., 32, of Two Sisters Court, Bayou Vista, arrested at 11:18 a.m. in Bayou Vista Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear for drug court status conference. Booked into the parish jail with a $100,000 bond.

—Mario Hernandez, 48, and Felix Victoria, 24, both of Fifth Street, Morgan City, arrested at their home at 9:37 p.m. Thursday for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of fraudulent documents. Booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.

The Patterson Police Department made the following arrests overnight, according to Chief Patrick LaSalle:

—Martin T. Giroir Jr., 53, of La. 70, Morgan City, was arrested on U.S. 90 at 2:45 a.m. today for improper lane use, open container, and driving while intoxicated first offense. Remains incarcerated awaiting bond.

—Gary Brackett, 24, of E. Ward Drive, Gulfport, Miss., arrested on U.S. 90 at 9:03 p.m. Thursday for driving while intoxicated second offense, driving left of center, open container, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Remains incarcerated awaiting bond.

—Daniel W. Guidry, 50, of Main Street, Patterson, was arrested at First Street at 10:24 p.m. Thursday for driving while intoxicated first offense, speeding, and open container. Remains incarcerated awaiting bond.

—Carissa Payne, 17, of Shivers Road, Patterson, was arrested near the intersection of Main Street and Red Cypress Road at 11:51 p.m. Thursday for driving while intoxicated first offense and reckless operation with accident. Remains incarcerated awaiting bond.

The Morgan City Police Department reports the following arrests overnight:

—Travis Clayton, 66, of Commence Street, San Antonio, Texas, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday for public intoxication. Remains incarcerated with no bond yet set.

—Travis Gilmore, 20, of Arlington Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. Tuesday for resisting an officer and disturbing the peace. Released upon payment of $770 bond.

—Somoa Scott, 36, of Williams Street, Houma, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court. Remains incarcerated with bond of $500.

—Corey Johnson, 21, of Sandy Hill Road, Roanoke, was arrested on warrants for Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office on the charge of simple burglary

—Kevin Jones, 43, of Joseph Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 8:09 p.m. Wednesday for driving under suspension and no brake lights and a warrant for St. Mary Sheriff’s Office on charge of failure to use seatbelt, driving under suspension, and expired vehicle license. Bond is set at $357 and hold placed for the sheriff’s office.

—Madison Young, 62 of Joseph Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 8:09 p.m. Wednesday and charged on warrant for failure to appear to pay probation fees, a hold for Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office, and a warrant for the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of drug paraphernalia. Incarcerated with no bond set.
