Robert Poole, 83, of Arizona last was seen Tuesday morning at Comfort Inn & Suites in Morgan City and appeared to be headed toward Raceland, although he was a guest of the Comfort Inn & Suites in Franklin.
Poole possibly suffers from dementia and needs medication, which he has not had since Tuesday morning, according to Franklin Police Lt. Tina Thibodaux.
Poole is a white male who stands 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds with pure gray hair. He drives a beige 2005 Toyota Highlander and may have traveled to Meridian, Miss. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a tan sweatshirt.
