Carla Hotsetter, above, won Best of Show in last weekend’s “Promenade d’art de Franklin” for her work with acrylics. Below from top, photography honors went to first place Mark Judice; second place, Emanuel Landry and third place Michelle Blanc. The art walk was held downtown along Main Street Saturday evening.
