Neal was born June 12, 1975 in Aransas Pass, Texas.
Neal is survived by one son, Cade Michael Olivarez.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Olivarez; grandparents, Caroline and Severo “Tino” Olivarez; and a cousin, Michael Olivarez.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. There will be a memorial service at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, at the Bayou Vista Community Fellowship Center.
In lieu of flowers, there is an account set up at Teche Federal Bank in Morgan City in Arthur “Neal” Olivarez’s name to help with burial expenses. Donations may be sent to the bank, 1001 Seventh St., Morgan City, LA 70380.
