Franklin Mayor Raymond Harris Jr. presented Techeland Arts Council Chair Judith Allain with a check representing a Decentralized Arts Fund grant for TAC’s production “No Hitchin’.” The original theatre performance is based on the history and stories of the area and premiered with a sold out run at the Teche Theater in October. “No Hitchin’” will be presented again March 16-18 2012.
