BO DUHE, first assistant DA with the 16th Judicial District Attorney’s Office met with Franklin Rotarians recently during their weekly luncheon at the Forest Restaurant. Duhe, with the DA’s Office since 1993 shared stories from some of the felony cases he’s prosecuted that were made on either the “luck” of investigators or the “stupidity” of the suspects.
