The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium and will allow the public to comment about the proposed plan to the Atchafalaya Basin Research and Promotion Board

Two other public hearings will be held, one on Wednesday at the Iberville Parish Council Chambers in Plaquemine and another on Thursday at the St. Martin Parish Council Chambers in St. Martinville. Both meetings will be held at 6 p.m.
