2012 BAYOU TECHE BLACK BEAR Festival Queen IX Robin Marcel, at right above, has been traveling throughout the state promoting the festival. She attended the Des Allemands Catfish Festival in June, where she welcomed their newly crowned queen, Skyla Webster. During the festival, Robin placed first in the catfish eating contest.
