The Berwick Town Council will meet Tuesday to consider an ordinance granting a servitude to the west of Renwick and approving liquor licenses for 2012.

The ordinance is a housekeeping law for the subdivision creating a 15-foot adjacent west boundary. A public hearing is slated to be held prior to the planned adoption of the ordinance.

Liquor licenses for 10 businesses in Berwick will be considered as will introduction of an ordinance that amends garbage pickup fees. This is being done in municipalities across SweeDee’s service area.

Finally, the board is expected to reappoint Lily Rebardi to the Berwick Housing Authority for a five-year term.

The meeting is slated for 7 p.m. Tuesday at town hall and is open to the public.
