Town leaders will consider the recommendation of the town’s planning and zoning board for the construction of Phase V, including associated infrastructure.
Also on the agenda are a public hearing and consideration of approval for a viewing pond on commercial property near Tournament Boulevard.
Finally, the council will consider a resolution concerning St. Mary CAA’s Head Start program.
The meeting is slated for 7 p.m. at town hall and is open to the public.
