Two public hearings will be held during Tuesday’s Berwick Town Council meeting.

One concerns an application for a conditional use permit for a 300-by-400 foot pond on Old Spanish Trail, and the other concerns the Cleco franchise agreement. Both are slated to begin at 7:15 p.m.

The regular meeting begins at 7 p.m. and will consider:

—Consideration of bids for Phase V of Renwick Subdivision.

—Introduction of an ordinance concerning the refinancing of the Renwick Boulevard Extension Bonds.

—A resolution concerning capital outlay expenses for sewer reconstruction.

—An annual payment to Keep St. Mary Beautiful totaling $4,954.

—A Berwick Housing Authority pilot tax.

—A resolution regarding Louisiana Recreational Trails.

—Proclamation for Fair Housing Month.

The meeting will be held at Berwick Town Hall and is open to the public.
