AMELIA — Central Catholic’s baseball tournament will begin Thursday and continue through Saturday.

The eight-team tournament will feature Houma Christian, Central Lafourche, Loreauville, Vandebilt Catholic, South Terrebonne, Central Catholic, Patterson and Carencro.

Action will begin Thursday with a 3:15 p.m. contest between Houma Christian at Central Lafourche, followed by a 5:30 p.m. game pitting Loreauville and Vandebilt Catholic.

At 7:45 p.m., Central Catholic will play South Terrebonne.

On Friday, Loreauville and South Terrebonne will meet at 3:15 p.m. to start the day’s action, while Vandebilt Catholic will play Patterson at 5:30 p.m.

Carencro and Central Catholic will conclude day 2 with a 7:45 p.m. contest.

On Saturday, action will begin at 9 a.m. when Carencro meets Patterson, followed by Vandebilt Catholic and Carencro at 11:15 a.m.

At 1:30 p.m., South Terrebonne will meet Houma Christian, while at 3:45 p.m., Central Lafourche will play Loreauville.

At 6 p.m., Central Catholic will meet Houma Christian, while at 8:15 p.m., Central Lafourche and Patterson will close the tournament.
