Landon Aucoin, 5, was one of more than 155 youth that participated in the East St. Mary Kiwanis Club Fishing Rodeo held Saturday at Lake End Park in Morgan City. Children and the parents or guardians lined the waterways in the park in an attempt to catch the biggest fish. The free contest featured trophies for big fish in several categories, hot dogs and refreshments. It was open to students in elementary and junior high schools.
