Catherine Stewart, 66, a native and resident of Houma, died at her residence at 3:55 p.m. Jan. 11.

Visitation will be Friday at St. Luke Baptist Church, Bayou Black, from 9 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Survivors include her mother, Beatrice McKinley Smith of Houma; two sons, Anthony Stewart and Harold D. Stewart, both of Houma; two daughters, Jada M. Stewart and Suzette Stewart, both of Houma; three brothers, Bertel Stewart and James Stewart, both of Houma and Arthur Smith of Gibson; three sisters, Jean C. Virgin, Shelia Butler and Juanita Pharr, all of Houma; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father and two brothers.
