Catholic Schools Day is being observed today to recognize the sacrifices and dedication of the clergy, parents, teachers, alumni, benefactors and friends of St. John Elementary and Hanson Memorial High School. Franklin Mayor Raymond Harris, seated left, signed a proclamation acknowledging the day along with Father Lloyd Benoit Jr., seated right; and principals Kim Adams of Hanson, standing left; and Sheri Higdon of St. John.
