CENTERVILLE — The Centerville Lady Bulldogs toppled the West St. Mary Lady Wolfpack 13-3 in five innings here Tuesday at Lady Bulldog Field.

Centerville (5-1) benefited from good pitching and timely hitting to post the win over West St. Mary.

Leading hitters for the Lady Bullogs were: Lacy Lagrange, 1 for 3, single, run; Carrie Hebert, 2 for 3, 2 singles; Rylie Candella, 3 runs; Reagan Romero, 3 runs; Taylor Saucier, 2 for 3, double, single, 2 RBIs, 3 runs;

Brooke Boudreaux, 1 for 2, single, 2 RBIs, run; Ashton Landry, run; Victoria Theriot, 2 for 2, 2 singles, run and Courtney Landry, 1 for 3, double, RBI.

Pitcher Carrie Hebert went the distance for the Lady Bulldogs for the win after working five frames, striking out nine, walking four and giving up four hits.

Centerville (5-1) will play host to Franklin Thursday at 4:00 p.m. at Lady Bulldog Field.
