Our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Charline Westbrook Jones was born near Croburn in 1925. She went to be with her Lord on Jan. 5, 2012, in Fort Smith, Ark., at the age of 86.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Jimmie Jones; three children, Carol Rispoli and husband Conrad of Monroe, James Jones and wife Kay of Huntington, Ark., and Beverly Adams and husband James of Fort Smith, Ark. She also is survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vashti and Murphy Westbrook; her sister and brother-in-law, Gertie and John Fontana; her brother, Everette Westbrook; and her granddaughter, Jill Jones Holcomb.

Visitation with the family will be held at McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood, Ark., today, Friday, Jan. 6 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Faith Baptist Church in Jenny Lind, Ark., Saturday morning, Jan. 7 at 10 a.m. There will be a private interment.

Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock, Ark.; St. Jude Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., or the Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana.
