Chez Hope held its annual Mayor’s Breakfast Friday at the Forest Restaurant in Franklin. Patti Ibert, fourth from left, was presented the organization’s Peacemaker award for her work in the community. Ibert is director of the Emergency Aid Center in Franklin, supported by United Way of South Louisiana.
