Brian Keith Soileau and his wife Anna are also being investigated in connection with theft of a motorcycle and handgun that were used in the robbery, police said.
The bank was robbed about noon, by a man wearing a bandanna and riding a motorcycle.
Police are investigating whether there is any connection between the alleged bank robbers and the attempt theft of an ATM machine last week.
