The eastbound lanes of U.S. 90 were closed for more than half an hour this morning after a car struck the concrete barrier at the Federal Avenue exit. Acadian Ambulance arrived on the scene, and the eastbound lanes of the bridge were shut down about 10 a.m. after three other cars near the crest of the bridge were involved in a separate accident. Traffic was diverted across the La. 182 bridge.
