St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert said authorities are looking for Randy Segura, 45, of Franklin, who last was seen in the Belle Island area of Atchafalaya Bay.
The sheriff’s office is being assisted by the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, the U.S. Coast Guard and Civil Air Patrol.
