KAPLAN – Services will be Saturday for Mitzi Doucet, a teacher and one of the organizers of the Louisiana Future Business Leaders of America. She died Nov. 16 at age 85.
In addition to being a Business Education teacher, she was also founder of the Kaplan High Art Club.
Survivors include two sons and five daughters.
