Businessman, EWE's brother

BROUSSARD – Services will be Monday in Crowley for businessman and political operative Marion Edwards. He died Saturday at age 84.

He was a brother of former Gov. Edwin W. Edwards.

Other survivors include his wife Deborah and three children.

Arrangements are by Geesey-Ferguson.

Healthcare architect

BATON ROUGE – Services for health care architect Jack Ford were Sunday. He died Dec. 31 at age 50 at his Atlanta, Ga. residence.

He was founder and partner of Ford/Dickinson and was vice president and healthcare design director of HKS, an internal healthcare-specialized architectural firm. He was professional-in-residence at LSU’s School of Architecture.

Survivors include his father Eugene and a sister.

Marketing exec

BATON ROUGE – Services were Jan. 11 for marketing executive James Hundemer. He died Jan. 8 at age 86.

He was a US Navy aviation veteran of World War II. He was a chemical engineer and president of a marketing and advertising firm.

Survivors include his wife Shirley, a son and a daughter.

Arrangements were by Rabenhorst.

Chief Social Security judge

NEW ORLEANS – Services for chief Social Security Administrative Law Judge Dorothy Wolbrette were Saturday. She died Jan. 10 at age 90.

She was a former assistant La. attorney general who practiced before the US Supreme Court. She was a Social Security judge for 12 years. In retirement she was a special member of the succession committee of the Louisiana Law Institute.

Survivors include two sons.

Arrangements were by Lakelawn.
