PATTERSON CYPRESS Sawmill Festival Miss Queen Jessica Decuir has been busy promoting the local festival. On June 2, she visited Des Allemands for the Louisiana Catfish Festival Pageant where she congratulated Miss Louisiana Catfish Queen SKyla Webster, left in top left photo. On June 23, she attended the St. James Parish Pageant in St. James where she met Miss St. James Parish Queen Bianca Steib, left in top right photo.
