Dragna Brothers edged Skipper’s Sporting Goods, 6-5, in Morgan City Dixie League action on Wednesday at Complex Park.

Tanner Theriot led Dragna with a 2-for-2 performance with a run, while Logan Tingle added a 1-for-2 day with an RBI and two runs and Andre Dragna finished 1-for-2 with a double and a run. Ricky Cruz and Cameron Aucoin each added a run for the victors.

For Skipper’s, Thomas Mire was 2-for-3 with two doubles, two RBIs and two runs, while Jahkheem Mosley was 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run. Other Skipper’s contributors included Dakota Lux, 1-for-3, a run; Travis Whitehead, 1-for-4; and Jack Autrey, a run.

Offshore Hammers 7,

Johnny’s Propeller 1

Tyler Longman drove in two and struck out seven as Offshore Hammers defeated Johnny’s Propeller, 7-1, in Dixie League action on Wednesday at Complex Park.

Longman finished 2-for-4 at the plate with a double, two RBIs and a run, while on the mound, he pitched six innings and allowed a run on five hits with a walk.

Other Offshore Hammers’ contributors included Adam Dupuis, 3-for-4, a triple, an RBI and two runs; Cade Minton, 1-for-3, an RBI and a run; Ashton Martinez, 1-for-4; Bam Martin, an RBI and a run; Peewee Coleman, an RBI; and Oscar Martinez and Ross Albritton, each a run.

For Johnny’s, Tyler O’Con finished 2-for-3, while Adam Blum and Ben Allen each finished 1-for-3, with Blum adding a double and a run. DD Grant finished 1-for-2, while Jean’ Pat Dupuy added an RBI.
