Joe’l Pellerin, left, of Boy Scouts of America Troop 104, installed wood duck boxes and wildlife identification signs on the Palmetto Trail located on the Bayou Teche National Wildlife Refuge. Pellerin, along with other members of the troop, chose to help the refuge as part of the Eagle Scout Project.
