Mike Thibodeaux, 36, of Saturn Road in Bayou Vista was charged at 1:06 p.m. after St. Mary Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the Saturn Road residence to respond to a disturbance.
Thibodeaux posted a $1,000 bond and was released.
According to Sheriff Mark Hebert, during the last 24 hours, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 29 complaints and reports the following arrests:
—A male juvenile, 15, and a female juvenile, 13, both of Patterson were arrested along La. 182 in the Patterson area at 5:10 p.m. Monday for having an off-road vehicle on a public roadway. Both were arrested and each issued a summons to appear in court.
The Berwick Police Department reports one arrest overnight, according to Chief James Richard:
—William Wayne Burgess Jr., 30, Fourth Street, Berwick, arrested at another residence on Fourth Street at 6:47 p.m. Monday for disturbing the peace. An officer observed Burgess banging on the door with a pipe in his hand. He remains incarcerated in lieu of a $150 bond.
The Morgan City Police Department reports the following arrests, according to Chief Marc Folse:
—Kari D. Warden, 26, of Oil Center Road, Lafayette, was arrested at the St. Mary Parish jail at 2:15 p.m. Monday on three probation violation warrants for city court. Incarcerated with no bond set.
—Rinney D. Turner, 20, of 11th Street, Morgan City, was arrested at MCPD headquarters at 9:40 a.m. Monday on a warrant for probation violation in city court. Incarcerated on a $675 bond.
