The Emergency Aid Center in Franklin is in need of food donations. According to Director Patti Ibert, the center receives many donations from individuals as well as organizations, but the food goes so fast it is never enough. Anyone wishing to donate can call the center at 828-0921 or drop off donations at the center located at 106 Commercial St. The Emergency Aid Center is an agency of United Way for South Louisiana.
