MORGAN CITY - The Franklin Junior High football team improved to 4-1 on the season by defeating Central Catholic by a score of 28-0.

Charles Webb and Charles Burrell scored two touchdowns a piece. Quarterback David Kinchen scored a two -point conversion and Charles Webb also scored on a two-point conversion.

The Rattlers were led upfront on offense by center Jaylon Randle, guards Roy Jackson and Jared Chavis; tackles Leo Gradley and Samaj Washington; quarterback David Kinchen; running back Charles Webb; slotback Davondre Holland; wingback Charles Webb; split end Kyron Webb and Jumanne Robertson and tightend Ladante Tabor.

Defensively, the Rattlers were led by ends Ervin Collins and De’Vontrius Perro; tackles Leo Gradley and Roy Jackson; linebackers Ladante Tabor and Christen Bell; cornerbacks Myron Amey and David Kinchen; strong safeties; Charles Burrell and Charles Webb and free safety, Tra’Antray James.
