Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleum Festival Queen Chloe Felterman has been busy promoting the local festival across Louisiana. She traveled to Ville Platte Oct. 13 for the Louisiana Cotton Festival where she greeted Queen Kaylee Beaubouef, right in top photo.
