The St. Mary Chamber of Commerce invites everyone to its monthly Business after Hours Harvest Moon Kick-Off Party on Friday at the Teche Theatre in Franklin.

Beginning at 6 p.m., it will be an evening of great food catered by local businesses such as Cypress Bayou Casino, the Forest Restaurant, Jeremiah’s Java, Danny’s Fried Chicken, A Little Touch of Heaven, Rain Tree Market, Centerville Market, Joe’s on the Bayou, Breaux’s Foodland and Fruits Unlimited.

“Please come out to enjoy the fun,” said Chamber President Donna Meyer. “This is a time of relaxation and a great chance to mix and mingle with friends and other business leaders in our parish.”

There will be a silent auction during the party on behalf of St. Mary Community Action.

The event is being sponsored by Hanagriff’s Machine Shop; Twin Brothers Marine; Two C’s Marine; Whitney Bank; First National Bank of Jeanerette; North American Salt Co.; Franklin Foundation Hospital; Franklin Health Care; Thomson, Smith & Leach Insurance Group; Franklin Supply; Kolder, Champagne, Slaven & Co.; Antoine Luke Farms; ARL-Acadiane Renovations Ltd.; and Bayou Tractor.
