The 76th Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleum Festival went out with a bang — actually, a lot of bangs — Monday night with the annual fireworks display over Berwick Bay. Weather conditions depressed attendance from both spectators and vendors, and a number of events were cancelled or postponed, including the fireworks display, but for the most part, the show went on all weekend.
