Bell fired in a game-high 28 points on six treys and five deuces while Brown tallied 20 points on four treys, three deuces and 2 of 2 charity shots.
Rounding out the scoring for the FSHS Hornets were: Micheal Polidore, 8; Cedric Paul, 6; Damarcus Bowie, 5; Brennan Robinson, 4; Eddie Stackhouse, 3; Micheal Lee, 2 and Jamal Johnson, 2.
Franklin (13-13, 7-3) will travel to play Patterson on Friday in District 9-3A action.
