Fuselier wins 700 Club Tourney

MORGAN CITY — Dustin Fuselier won the Morgan City U.S. Bowling Congress Bowling Association’s annual 700 Club Tournament Oct. 27 at Charlie’s Lanes.

In the finals, Fuselier defeated Jerry Pillaro, 232-225.

The event was a four-game format with the top qualifiers bowling head-to-head to determine a champion.

Fuselier led all qualifiers with games of 199, 257, 228 and 247 for a 931 series (232.75 average).

Pillaro qualified second with games of 205, 248, 246 and 216 for a 915 (228.75 average).

Adam Amador was the high handicap bowler. He did not make the finals but recorded a handicap series of 960.

Charlie’s Lanes and the Morgan City USBC Bowling Association thank all bowlers for their participation and continued support.
