Glynn had a talent for drawing, drafting, assembling models and talk radio. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, boating, and embracing wildlife and nature. Glynn enjoyed watching Western movies, particularly those starring John Wayne.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Landry of Plano, Texas; his sons, Dale David of Ridgecrest, Calif., Brandon Thomas of Plano, Texas, and Austin James of Plano, Texas; a brother, Steve O. Landry and wife Annette of Morgan City; two sisters, Jerri Ann Chesteen and husband David of Bush and Brenda Lamartiniere and husband Rickey of Bayou Vista; and many other loving family members and friends.
Glynn was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry A. and Elizabeth Landry.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 23, 2012, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas, with Pastor Melvin Pugh officiating. The family will receive friends during a visitation today, Thursday, March 22, 2012, beginning at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
