THE GOSPEL CHIMES entertained residents of Franklin Health Care Center with musical selections on Friday, March 25. City Councilman Lester Levine joined the Gospel Chimes for the event and enjoyed fellowship with the residents as part of the group’s new Outreach Ministry.
