Teche Theatre Players are currently in rehearsal for their annual summer musical. This year the troupe will perform “Hairspray.” The show will run July 28-30 and Aug. 1-3. All shows will begin at 7:30 p.m. except for the July 29 show, which will begin at 3 p.m. Admission is $20 per ticket. Tickets will go on sale on Monday, July 16 at Fad News Stand in Franklin and at Dale’s Florist at 715 Federal Ave., Morgan City. Tickets can be purchased at the box office beginning at 6 p.m. for the evening shows and 1:30 p.m. for the matinee. The show is presented with the permission of Music Theater International.
