Work is wrapping up on Phase 3 of construction at InterMoor’s new facility on Youngswood Road in Morgan City. The bulkhead has been complete, and Morgan City Harbor and Terminal District members learned Monday that all that remained on the project, being completed by Dolphin Services of Houma with oversight by the engineering firm T. Baker Smith, is to pour concrete on a crane pad near Bayou Boeuf as well as some excavation work in the water. These remaining items are expected to be completed soon.
