Harry Mitchel Paray Jr., 44, a resident of Lafayette and native of Morgan City, passed away Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012, at the Amelia Manor Nursing Home in Lafayette.
Harry, before his life-altering accident, enjoyed taking care of and doing for his mother Patricia and family. He was a wonderful and loving uncle to his nephews and nieces, who were his life, a caring brother and a special friend to many. Harry is survived by his mother, Patricia Verrett Paray of Morgan City; two brothers, Paul Paray and his fiance, Susan of Morgan City and Wayne Paray and wife Christie of Morgan City; two sisters, Rhonda Rebardi and husband Glen of Berwick and Tricia Rock and husband Brad of Morgan City; a godson, Fabian M. Gil and his fiance Brittany Breaux; four nieces, Kaylyn Roe and husband Corey, Haley Rebardi, Alaina Paray and Meagan Myers; three nephews, Raven Paray, Brandon Rock and Jason Myers; along with his great-nephew, Kaden Gil. The family would like to extend a very heartfelt appreciation to his beloved caretakers, Peggy Joseph and Bridgett Edmond.
