HARVEST MOON FESTIVAL QUEEN III, Miss Breana Henry invites young ladies to become contestants in the Miss and Little Miss Division for the upcoming Miss Harvest Moon IV and Little Miss Shining Star IV Pageant to be held Saturday, October 1. The 12th Annual Harvest Moon Festival will be held Saturday, October 29 in downtown Franklin. The Franklin Merchants, City of Franklin and Franklin Lions Club - Susan Kerry Thibodeaux, Pageant Director, sponsor the pageant. The Miss Contest is open to ladies ages 16-22 who are single, have never married, have no children, were born female, have never been convicted of any crimes, are of good moral character and are from the Franklin area (Baldwin, Charenton, Centerville, Calumet and Sorrell). Each contestant will compete in Personal Interview, Photogenic and Evening Gown Competition. The Little Miss Contest is open to little girls ages 6-10, from the Franklin area as well and will compete in Personality, Photogenic and Sundays Best Dress Competitions.
