Hattie Ruffin, 75, a native of Oaklawn and resident of Franklin, died Jan. 18 at 12:08 a.m. at Franklin Foundation Hospital.

Visitation will be Saturday at Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin from 10 a.m. until the funeral services at 1 p.m. Burial will be in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Franklin.

She leaves to cherish her memories two sons, Ray Jackson of Baldwin and Alvin Jackson of Franklin; three daughters, Valerie Jackson Tobias of Sacramento, Calif., Avis Jackson Hawkins of Franklin and Lisa Jackson Dumas of Houston; one brother, Leonard Jackson of Oakland, Calif.; one sister, Betty Jackson Alexander of Franklin; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
