The Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church held a health fair at Franklin Senior High School on Oct. 20. The health fair, sponsored by Teche Action Clinic, offered free screenings for things like asthma and blood sugar and enrollment was offered for WIC and other nutrition services. Several agencies were on hand to provide the services including Kidd Vision Center, pictured above, Hospice and the TAC Dental Department. Food and games for the kids were also available. The event was co-sponsored by LMBC Senior Citizen Ministry.
