Her disguise, and her gun, got bank employees' attention

KINDER – Authorities continue their search for a woman who robbed a bank here Monday, though she won't look like she did in the bank lobby.

On Monday, at approximately 12:20 p.m., the Iberia Bank located at 916 5th Avenue was robbed.

According to police, a white female wearing a disguise entered the bank with a weapon and demanded money from a teller.

The suspect then left the bank in a small white car with an undetermined amount of cash.

Louisiana State Police detectives with assistance from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are investigating the robbery.
